On 2026-08-16, a Salesforce Hyperforce migration caused connection interruptions between Salesforce and Clari across a small group of customer accounts. This issue temporarily paused automated data updates for some organizations and required their users reauthenticate with Salesforce. There is no known way to avoid this situation for future Hyperforce migrations, but we continue to work with Salesforce to explore options.
The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
At approximately 2026-08-05 00:02 UTC, a subset of organizations experienced errors when attempting to access the Clari application. Affected users saw the message: "Something went wrong with loading application resources."
